Wilcox Nursery & Landscape is a standout destination for eco-conscious gardeners seeking authentic Florida native plants. Marked by its vibrant retro red-and-white roadside sign at address 12501, the property immediately welcomes visitors with a lush, tropical atmosphere framed by swaying sabal palms and dense greenery. Beyond the black perimeter fence lies a well-organized selection of landscaping materials, garden supplies, and regionally adapted flora. The setting feels charmingly rustic yet professional, making it an inviting stop for anyone looking to cultivate a sustainable, pollinator-friendly yard with expert local guidance.

Best nursery in town! If you are looking for native plants especially, this is where you want to go. They also partner with a designer who creates natvive landscapes. I am very happy so far with the plan she made and the plants I bought at Wilcox! All have thrived through the summer so far. Good advice for watering care etc. They have plenty of different munches including pine straw for the native beds. The month of August (2026) they are offering 10% off all mulch!

I really love Wilcox Nursery. Zack Pitchford and his team have helped me so much with my yard, and I always learn something when I go there. They know so much about native plants, but they also have great design ideas and really care about nature and the environment. Every time I visit, I come home with healthy, beautiful plants and good advice. Zack recently recommended Bahama strongbarks for a new hedge, and only a few weeks after planting them, I already noticed more birds in my yard. Zack and his team have always been there to help, especially after the storms and floodwaters destroyed much of my yard. Their advice and support made a big difference. Because of their help, my yard has become a haven for birds, butterflies, and other native critters. Something is always growing or hatching, and every season brings so much to see and wonder about than the green lawn we had before. I enjoy being outside now and so do my kids and pets. And I have a beautiful, grass-free, pesticide-free and pet-friendly environment that feels natural and alive and my husband doesn't have to mow anymore. I highly recommend Wilcox Nursery to anyone who wants good plants, honest advice, and people who

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They helped us pick out the right trees and plants for our landscaping. They can also quote lawn sodding and do a landscape plan if you need it. We got a great deal on a pigmy date palm. Delivery was quite reasonable and convenient.
